Very rude. I asked a simple question and was hung up on. Called several times someone keeps answering the phone then laying it down I can hear them but they won't answer me. Sounds like they just picked up the phone so it wouldn't keep ringing. No one there seems willing to help.

I got my stuff in the mail, but I received not only my personal stuff but another person's. Spent a whole day on the phone no answers, and they won't let anyone in the doors.

I tried calling multiple times, it's always this: take several minutes to get through thepress this numberprompts, wait and wait and wait. Before I speak with a person, it hangs up on me. Repeat. So frustrating!!! Don't waste your life!!!

Been trying to get my daughter's social security card for months they You're supposed mail me the application never did and now whenever I call it sounds like they pick up and just lay the phone down very rude very disrespectful

Phone Service Only: but they don't tell you until you are well into their automated message that they are closed. After waiting for several minutes to talk with a representative, they hang up on you. There is no background noise while you're waiting so you don't know for several minutes whether they have hung up on you again or not. THIS was supposed to be the answer to the main SSA folks not knowing the answer to my question. Jeez, is it any wonder everyone makes fun of Government offices/employees?

Every experience that I've had with Muskogee social security has been completely rude they jump to conclusions before they get the information on the screen they're insensitive and rude and that's exactly why this world is in the predicament. when you work for a government agency working for the people you should probably find people a little more caring / sensitive and not profiling to work in these gov businesses . You're working with disabled people that have issues obviously they don't have the right people there to comprehend . my heart goes out to the elderly and people that have a hard time understanding and communicating their issues and problems to these people because they automatically get an attitude of their right you're wrong.... it's our money people.

They are helpful for a branch of the government. Best to make an appointment.

They have mishandled a simple replacement card for over 1.5 months. Official complaints filed with Senator Inhofe's office and the SSA office of Public Inquiries. So fed up with their incompetence and abusing the COVID 19 rules.

To Supervisor Ericka Johnson: In regards to customer service rep Tara, on behalf of Arnold Briggs.nTara helped Arnold with his social security application. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process easy to understand and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you.

I go in for a simple name change on a social security card. Get called to window 7 after an hour wait only to encounter a rude employee who obviously had a chip on her shoulder. She was asking questions to which I told her I couldn't hear a word due to the loud noises all around. She then got ever more rude and refused to speak louder and started having an even worse attitude. As if I was a bother. The other employees I heard were very friendly. This woman was an absolutely hateful individual. Then when asking questions if I was lieing about the document, etc. She said it was protocol so she began asking questions. Again, I told her I couldn't hear her so just mark yes on them all. She rolled her eyes. I've heard rumors about how hateful some employees are there, I am now a believer. This woman has no business dealing with the public. If I ever have to go to a social security office again, it will be Tulsa. All her attitude over a simple name change. She's pathetic!

I have called 3 times and have been hung up on. Tried the website but will not let me open a account because it states I have one. When I say I have forgotten my password it will not accept my information. It states I have the entered the wrong information. Really?

Highly organized and fluid operation compared to other SS offices. Easy in and out. They also will do phone interviews to keep you from having to come in and wait.

Long wait time before you actually talk to someone

Theyu2019re taking full advantage of not allowing people to come in person , so much that they even hang up on you when connected to them or sit there quietly so you hang up.
