I have been trying to help my disabled friend get a new card in order to get her a new direct express card that was canceled. This has been going 9n since September of '21. The office in Clinton has been closed for at least a year due to Covid concerns. Not one other business in the county is closed. We have left voicemail, everything they have asked from us, yet nothing has been accomplished.

This place needs to get their stuff together. My daughter was trying to get a new card for her son. She called about a week ago and they said they received all they needed and would start working on it. Now their saying they can't find her stuff she sent in

I've gone two days now to get papers turned into this place and their door, and website say they close at 4:00 PM, however, an employee on the phone said they close at 3:00 PM. They have failed to update the closure time on the website, and their door. They have had since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Irresponsible, and very unreliable.
