I just called today to contact my case worker who wanted me to call back, first time I called I was on hold for 16 minutes, and no one answered. So I called again and the robot just hung up on me and stopped accepting any of my calls, this is unacceptable!

I have left multiple messages for my worker in this office to call me back for 3 weeks and they haven't yet and won't let me speak to my workers supervisor. There's got to be a better way to get hold of someone to speak to about my children SSI. I would give zero stars but that's not an option and doors are locked.

I have been trying to change my name for months. I can never get through to figure out where to send my application or what to do with it.

Everyone is nice. But when you try to call the phone number, the system says that it has been disconnected AFTER you go through all the SSA prompts to get through to an agent.

I just called up there today to ask to set up an appointment. I recently gotten married and needed to do a name change and the lady yells at me on the phone when I ask her the basic question. Horrible people that work there!

For the love of God people, listen to them call your number! Those extra 60 seconds trying to find who number 33 is when you are 50 adds up..nAnd yes, calling takes forever to get a person. But they haven't rude.

You can never reach anyone, their line to speak to someone in the office doesn't work, they've messed up my disability claim and my moms social security claim multiple times, most useless office they probably have in the country.
