Day one, 26 minutes on hold, never spoke to a human. Day 2, 27 minutes on hold, never spoke to a human. State employees using phones for unrealistic periods of time. Experts at time waste.

I initially spoke with a very pleasant young lady who was unable to solve my particular issue. She was kind enough to contact her supervisor and ask him to call me back. Mr. Liggins called me back and was extremely polite and helpful.nGenerally, dealing with government agencies leaves me with a mild rage issue. Mr. Liggins was a pleasure to talk to and took the anxiety out of the experience.nHe and his team are exactly what we need more of in our government. Thank you!

I called months ago about getting fired due to my disability and the lady was really rude to me and SHE NEVER CHANGED MY STUFF. And I called yesterday and some guy answered and he was rude too! TRIED to explain to him and he kept cutting me off too.

We are very thankful for these services for my son but it's always a headache.. never straight forward and the phone system needs a major update and when talking with works or employees its seems to me there not very professional or seem to have pride in the jobs. Sorry hope things change for the better

My wife and I went into the SS office this Wed. May 2to sign up for Social Security benefits also Medicare. At 9am they opened and we were waited on very quickly. Then we met with the SS representative Mr. M after we signed in. He was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend if you need to sign up for SS that you visit the Zanesville office. It was a very pleasant experience and we didn't have to wait very long.

The website doesnu2019t really seem to work right on most devices or internet browsers. You can try calling, but if you can even get through at all expect to be on hold at least 40 minutes. Your best bet is to just familiarize yourself with their office hours and stop in personally.
