Asking me Whst do you want me to do. I told him for a customer service rep he was very very rude. Again he said. So what do you want me to do. I hung up on him. Poorl poor customer service

I've been trying to get my social security cards for my children and self for MONTHS now and it's always a run around. I can hardly get ahold of anybody and I'm having a hell of a time. I have no birthday certificate no I.D or anything. I lost everything and I need my I.D and I can't do that with out my social security card. I've literally lost everything and I can't get any help or assistance with out my documents and my social security card is what's holding me up.

Some of there employees have no idea what there doing!! takes hours to get one piece of paper. please hire educated people.

Horrible service to the people. Employees are sitting at home collecting a check to not do a job, because they don't feel safe to work in a building. Im sure the workers here can go out to eat in restaurants and public events and not worry about their health or safety from Covid, but then they cant make it to their jobs because of Covid concerns. This is by far the saddest excuse to not go to work and actually earn your living. This facility is for the people and paid for by the people, so why are we not allowed to have access almost 2 years into Covid. All other businesses are open except this one.

How are you suposed to get anything done with this place. I am very unhappy.

Itu2019s a govt office and waits can be long! Call ahead and ask the best times!! Donu2019t go at lunch... just like you, they get to have a break. Iu2019m disabled but most everything can be done online, but honestly, not one person has ever been anything but professional! If they were rude, maybe YOU treated them poorly. And parents, get a sitter for your young children. They get bored, and loud and you get mad and loud... be kind.

Guess what. They were very busy. I heard people complaining about how long the wait was and the staff was polite to them. I waited an hour and fifteen min. It was on a Monday morning because it was the only time I can go. I knew it would be busy. Why are people complaining and leaving bad reviews due to the fact that many people need the mostly FREE to use services that they offer?

Forcing employees to work from home is fascistic. If it is such an emergency that you have to close the office how about just cancel work. It is highly inconvenient to other members of your employees household. Also will you be paying their internet bills now since you are commanding the to work from home? Seems like you should.

I donu2019t even want to put a star, this is a Government facility very poor dress attire, rude staff, they think youu2019re a joke when you call in for certain information, they definitely donu2019t take your case seriously. This place is trash.
