Mist people hate the Soc Sec office, of course it is going to have bad reviews. The ladies here though were VERY helpful and prompt as possible with all the covid regulations in place. Thank you for your help, it was very much so needed. I could have potentially been homeless without their dedication.

My husband and I had some questions about filing for Social Security benefits so we went to the Wooster office at 9am when they opened. We were lucky enough to be the first in line and were called back to an agent within 5 minutes. The young woman was very helpful and courteous. She answered all of our questions and even gave us other sources to consult about Medicare. The office is easy to find and access and has plenty of parking. I would recommend this office for help with Social Security.

it's definitely a government office. as if it's not bad enough that you have to been here for whatever reason, they make sure to make it as Painful and irritating as possible, long lines, rude employees that can't get fired unless they steal and a contractedmall copthat gives everyone the evil eye. this is a bad office , but it's much better and approximately 1/3 the size of the mansfield Ohio office.. like another poster noted, if you have an open case at another office they will probably not help you at a different one. they are definitely all government operated, but they for no good reason will not help you unless it's a new issue or if you have a pending issue through a different field office

Super long wait over 2 hours. And only 5 other people in the waiting room with me. This office needs to retrain or hire faster employees for sure.

Had to go back 4x till I finally got the info I needed. I went for a new card for my child, heads up to anyone with similar interests, you just need their medical in. card and birth certificate. Why they couldn't say that in the first place I'll never understand lol

I went on a Thursday morning at 9am right when it opened, there was a line outside the door. I waited for 40 mintues before being worked with, while I waited it smelled like smoke. The man at window A was who we worked with and he got everything done but had a rude demeanor. Overall trip was frustrating.
