I was in and out in 45mins. I filled out my paper work ahead of time (like what most people should do unless you are confused). Once my number was called, I was at the window/being helped for 10mins. The longest part was the printing of the paper. They do need more seating for people. Which is an issue because the room isn't that big to begin with.

Staff is nice but the security guard talks down to people as if they are insignificant and he has some type of power. He is the most ill mannered person Iu2019ve ever met. As far as waiting no different than any other office.

I came here at 12:00 pm on a Thursday and was out in 15 minutes. The ss employee I dealt with was very nice, professional and carried a lengthy conversation with me. This facility deserves a 5 star. Timing is everything!

The worst customer service you can imagine. For every time I go in there, there is always an issue and I have to go back. The people are callous and useless. They donu2019t care. They donu2019t understand. The specialize in stupidity. Itu2019s asinine trying to get anything from them.

Absolutely horrible service. The number doesn't reflect this location and was hung up on 3 times today waiting for a supervisor. No help. Put my claim in January and it hasn't been looked at yet.
