Absolutely horrible. I have been trying to drop off papers for the past two weeks! I have a full work schedule and have gone only when it said online and that it was open. I get there at 1:58 and get told that it's closed at 2:00 so I can't drop my paper at the drop box. It said online that they close at 4pm. The guard at the door was very rude about it and wouldn't even explain why's they were closed early or answer any of our questions just ignored me and kept walking.

This place is never open. Good luck getting in contact with them when you need to, especially if your information has changed or you need something dropped off in person.
