The best experience I had here. The staff is so friendly especially Ms. Tanner. She is very very helpful. Our application didnu2019t go through in our in-person visit because of our date of validity. She made sure we didnu2019t have to come back to office for another appointment, she herself followed up with us over the phone and helped us with the application. She continuously followed up with us which she doesnu2019t have to. She is the best!nnI was told even other representatives working at this location also very friendly.nnI would definitely recommend this location.

I never received my daughters SS card,nThey told me it was lost in the mail, which OK is understandable and I talk to a lady on the phone who told me the process I had to go through for them to replace it was having to fill out an application drop off my drivers license and her birth certificate to their office in which they sent it back two weeks later with a little paper that said I would receive a response in another 2 weeks, after that I received a letter saying I was denied for failing to prove my daughters identity, after waiting on hold for 40+ minutes each time I called they told me that I needed to bring her shot records signed by the doctor and that is proof of her identity and they also stated I would have to do a whole new application and start the process all over again, I heard so many different things from their whole organization they really need to get their protocols in order and communicate with their employees, also how is your birth certificate a LEGAL document that states you exist and that you were born not proof of your identity?

Took the day off to take care of this but without posting anything they changed there location to appointment only and would not let anyone in without one. Tried to call the number to make the stupid appointment but after 40 minutes of trying I gave up. No signs, nothing on the website NOTHING. No one cares about causing inconveniences

I scheduled an appointment for my mother who doesnu2019t speak English at 12pm and they called her at 11am and the lady on the phone was so rude!!! They made a mistake with the appointment and instead of offering to call at the correct scheduled time they put the blame on me and kept arguing and refused to connect me to a manager/supervisor VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This administration needs to do some serious training in customer service!!!!

I was notified that my Medicare had been terminated for non payment. I called the Social Security Administration immediately. I had to speak to numerous people, who guided me through the process of getting my Medicare reinstated. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The situation was such a nightmare, but because of the knowledgable and patient staff, everything worked out.nI wish I had the names of everyone I dealt with to thank them personally, but I just have the name of Ms. Kinj. A big THANK YOU to Ms. Kinj and all the other wonderful people who helped.

Why did a female worker tell me to come today when it is a holiday and it is closed. Disappointed in this joke of a facility.

By phone most of your answers can be answered! If you are unsure or uncertain on what your being told or how to file for things! It's best to request setting up n appointment an inform their Personnel as to the degree of urgency you feel on the matter! Be sure to bring any info pertaining to the matter with all the necessary Identification or papers that pertain to the person in the matter or if you're a guardian or family member or Legal representative or a friend trying to help another explain their situation to the right people!

I stopped in today for a replacement card. I got there a few minutes before 9am, but there were already 10 people in line, 5 people already seated, and all windows were full! However the process was fairly efficient. When I got to the front of the line (wait about 15 minutes), there was a nice woman who assisted you in signing in at the kiosk. Once the kiosk printed the ticket, I sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes before being called--there's a nice feature where the large TV displays a live feed of each window and the current ticket number being served. I had already done the research beforehand, so I had my completed application and all potentially necessary documentation already with me. The process was completed in about 5 minutes, even though I had a bit of a unique situation. The representative was friendly, professional, and efficient. From start to finish I was there just about 30 minutes--way less than the 1.5hrs I had braced myself for. I've also been told by several friends/coworkers that they've been in and out in 10-15min! I'm really happy with my experience here!

They were great, I was going through a terrible time with Health news, and it seemed like nothing was going right, actually it wasn't going right, but they tried really hard to help me I was so stressed and having anxiety attacks, they were very professional at what they did, and I feel that they had great professionalism on how to calm someone such as myself, I spoke to 5 different people on different occasions, it wasn't planned that way it's just the way it happened, my case was just unbelievably messed up. Hopefully it's over I can only pray... anything Thank you, for everything you did for me... I appreciate everything... all of you ROCK...

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes to get a replacement card. The staff was very nice and the kiosk was easy to use. It helps to have any forms needed filled out before you get there!

I spoke with Susan on the phone as I was inquiring information for changing my name because I recently got married. She was very helpful in letting me know what documents I need to send and how to proceed sending everything through the mail since the office is not open to the public right now.

Came here just over 2 weeks after arriving in the US on a spousal visa so I could apply for an SSN. The lady I saw said I wasn't eligible for one, which is not true. She then said she couldn't find me on the system. She then said she could find me, but my first and middle names were in the first name field and I would have to correct that with CBP before she could issue my SSN. Then she printed out and handed to me a letter stating my SSN card would be mailed to me in a few days, which it was and I have used with no issues. The visit was confusing to say the least and it didn't help that she behaved like she'd died inside the entire time. Perhaps some training needed?nnAlso want to add that I did call CBP after the visit and they had no idea what this lady was talking about.

I must say that when I do reach someone at the Middleburg Hts office they have been very nice. So I hate to complain, but Iu2019m gonna.....nAnn, from Social Security, when you call me please leave your last name and or extension! The phone number you left only allows for connecting by last name or extension. You never leave either!!! I called the main Social Security number trying to locate you.... They canu2019t find you.... They donu2019t even have the office managers information! Wow!!!! So for the peace of mind of your future clients... please leave that vital information. You have worked there for a long time and you should know better. That said... I am also at fault for not putting your info from the past in a location I would remember.... but Iu2019m forgetful. So I donu2019t completely put the blame on you but if I said my name is Matt from Northeast Ohio, call me..... Well.... maybe if I left more information it would be easier for you and I to connect. And if any of you have Annu2019s info.... help me out please. LolnnMatt from Northeast Ohio

My husband and I did NOT have a good experience today! The room is like a prison ward with chairs linked together, windows facing the west providing blinding sun streaming in between opened mini blinds. We kindly asked the security guard to tilt the blinds and he retortedCan't be done! Said it was asecurity issue REALLY? Security from what?? No magazine, coffee, water, comfortable seating and many people wait for hours!! What a shame for the seniors that have to put up with this. We felt as if we were in a detention center. Large screen TV but just scrolled Social Security advertisement. Very Sad

Horrible representatives that interjected his own personal opinion where he had no right to comment on and personally none of his busness. He overstated his authority on some questioning. When I get ready to apply for my own benefits I do not want to go to the Middleburg Heights, Ohio location even though it's the one I have to go to because of where I live.

The one security guard there was so friendly! He was very helpful and didnu2019t overstep his boundaries. Iu2019ll be coming back just because of the officer there!

SSI keep denying my adult disables son for the past 3 years. I guess when someone needs a heart and liver transplant and is in failure of both of these organs it is not important to help him.
