How the heck do you get a hold of anyone? The line was dead the other day; the office has posted hours but ssa site says they are appointment only; Iu2019m still on the line right now after 4 minutes of menus and 6 minutes of continuous ringing now itu2019s just sitting dead.nnAfter continuously trying for an hour and a half (and the same results when I tried Piqua and Dayton), I got an answer from a calm voice from the Lima office who quickly and easily answered my question. During office hours there is a drop box inside the office. (Guard on duty but no staff.) Hopefully this will be able to solve my attempt.

Mr. Tobias was pleasant, considerate, professional, and helpful. He lessened my fears and anxiety during our phone conversation, when I explained my situation to him. He managed and solved my problem quickly. I greatly appreciate his assistance.

Absolutely awful if I could give a 0 rating if I could. The customer service rep I talked to was very RUDE. I called in a 4 weeks ago to complete the paperwork and to get my name changed. When I called back today the customer service rep said I didn't need to send everything that I had sent in. Then on top of it, my paperwork has not been processed for 3 weeks...... what is going on .......awful would not recommend.

Pretty efficient office. Somewhat unclear on what to do when you enter but had enough seating when I was there. Some clerks were better than others (as far as being nice) but they would eventually help you.
