Ken helped me and was very nice. He was personable on the phone and when I went in for my appointment he was prompt as well as courteous. I was in and out in around 10 minutes TOPS for my paperwork to change my name on my SS card. Super happy, he made my day, joked with me on the phone before I went in as well. Felt like I was talking to a family friend, not a government employed robot. The review from Andy Marcum seems like a rant about government in general, so just throwing that out there. I couldn't even tell why he was complaining...felt I should add that since I know some people will read these.

I'm calling Pennsylvania office to complain on this office in Ironton Ohio to be honest with you I only have 18% of my heart working I wear a life vest I take medication every day that I've got to pay co-pays and co-pays on doctor visits why I don't understand but I think everyone in this office someone needs to find out where you live and you're fine nice homes in your nice neighborhoods and peacefully come to your home your residence on public land and protest with signs peacefully that way your neighbors know what type of people they are living next to how they treat people and let them know that you are living under the poverty line and that we have kids and can't afford our bills and let them know what kind of neighbors they have that they are in a hurry to cash their paycheck and go out to dinner with their loved ones and family and living high on the hog driving new cars nice clothes and most likely nice toys to ride in the mountains like side by sides four wheelers a motorcycles diamond rings and their kids get a lot more than other kids for Christmas and birthdays they are nothing but a bunch of government robots they are too comfortable in their jobs to hit one button on the keyboard to make for sure someone else is going to have their monthly income to pay their bills and to get their kids nice stuff for birthdays and holidays.... But I guess they are liars and backstabbers and corruption everywhere in the system and heartless people
