I have been trying to call this office since March 2nd! First it kept ringing busy, now I can only understand every 3 words they say. Got them on the phone finally and they hung up on me. Something needs to be done. Why would a place that controls people's money not be able to have a phone that works correctly? I'm at a loss...

Laughing at everyone in this office, definitely full of baloney and messing with personal information. I'll would add them as dependents and draw off them because they consider you as their dependents and draw off you. The End. Thank you for your time.

FYI for those not in the know...As per the SS website, they do not publish local office phone numbers...only the fax number. Local phone numbers are usually on award & application confirmations, ect. I've spoken with employees at this office for many years. Always courteous, respectful, kind & helpful when I've had to call!
