    nobody there even when open. talked to somebody over their webcam and they told me to mail off my rental statement with their envelopes provided..i sent the mail almost 4 months ago and I've lost nearly 1k because i followed their instructions. the paperwork was rejected or thrown into their trash bin. if somebody was actually at the office in person, this would have never happened
