I've been having a few issues with a case worker. I haven't been getting many answers answered correctly, been disrespected even, and never recieved a certain letter I should have so quite honestly they probably stole all my back pay when they didn't need it all to pay back an overpayment that was caused due to them personally telling me it didn't need to be reported.
