I mailed a w-4V form a month ago, have not heard back from them, either by phone or email. This is ridiculous. I figured it would easier on them if I just submitted a written request instad of making an in-person appointment, but no, they seem not be able to do their jobs by any means. I just tried to phone and listened to a voice message for 2.5 mins., then pressed the button for a local agent - the phone rang 20 times before I hung up. Do they not have voicemail at the Social Security? If you're too lazy to answer the phone, have the VM on so we can ask for a call back. I have been patient for over a month - DO YOUR JOB! Let us submit requests on the website if you're too lazy to deal with the phone.

I've called at least 10 times every day this week at varying hours and can't get through. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I have talked to a few people who are nice and helpful but when I talked to Maria I was blown away by her helpfulness, kindness and patience. I hope this office never looses her as an asset!

This department is disgraceful to principles of the constitution of the United of America. They always like to give a hard time to people of the color, this is one the worst SSA department in U.S.

Fairly painless process ... I was helping a family member with it and it all went pretty smooth, considering!
