    I think it should be a more effective process to deliver the public needs. I don't agree with the security measures in effect at this location. Business is business and with the mail being delayed we should be able to come in and handle Whats needed.

    Went in for new paper copy of SS card. paid money never got it in the mail. this after waiting two hours. They have over 20 employees here!!! (doing the work of about 6 people). With only 2-3 offices open at a time. No accountability. If you have same experience feel free to write letter to Raleigh office.

    This office is terrible. There are workers that try to argue with you, there isnt any follow through ( been waiting since june 16th for something a worker stated she would have complete in 7 to 10 days) Nearly every experience is cringeworthy
