    They don't answer the phone, after it rings and rings and rings they choose to disconnect you rather then pick up the phone to assist you. They are really taking advantage of thispandemicand not assisting the people who need it the most . Called 5 times today so far wait on hold around 30 mins while it just rings then suddenly it sounds like someone picks up the phone and instantly hangs up.

    I have been trying to get an appointmentbto change a representative payee and have been given the run around for over 2 weeks, one guy I talked to was the rudest person I have ever encountered there. But today I sooke with a Mrs. Harris abd she called me back in 5 minutes with an appointment at 11 am today. I was prepared for a couple of hours waiting time -- but what an amazing surprise.nExtremely nice and helpful staff, from the security guard, to the officer at the reception desk and the most wonderful lady at the window -- everyone deserves 5-stars.nAnd the best -- we were in and out in less than an hour even though we had at least 20-25 people ahead of us.nI can only recommend this office.

    I am new to this state and needed a new social security card,since mine was misplaced. I was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the employees. They couldnt have been more helpful or pleasant. Not once did they make me feel dumb or like I was wasting their time,a refreshing experience at a government office.     I just needed to drop off paperwork and had to type in ss# and take a number and sit and waitnWas there over 30mins and still not close to being able to hand paperwork to a human or just leave it there. I had to leave. This papers are important. And can't turn them in. Wow! Could have put a place on the kiosk that says turning in paperwork or short visit.
