    I can't express enough my gratitude to Steve who helped me straighten out a problem where my Part B had been mistakenly dropped (when all I was trying to do was verify my street address, not drop B) After weeks of trying to get this resolved with the Birmingham office, Steve in Franklin fixed it over night! Thank you for caring, Steve! Shame on the Birmingham office who didn't even read my letter and still has not acknowledge my $31 priority mail I sent. Thanks again Steve!!     I called to find out what I could do to get a replacement SS Card bc I really cannot send in my driver's license. I went over and above sending EVERYTHING I was asked to send. I called and was told they didn't receive my information the told it was lost, then talked to supervisor Chapman who said she denied me and sent everything back except my original signed copy of my Medicaid card. I was told that Mr Smith the manager would calle back.I doubt he received the message. Sick to my stomach. Scared my ID is being stolen from inside. Also they lost the medical file my attorney sent in for SSD. No explanation, just I'm sorry. Please help Me. Smith. Thanks Katherine Smith.

    Get there by 3:57 p.m. or be locked out. They will serve everyone in line who is waiting. Bureaucratic log-in, state your purpose and take a number system actually works to everyone's advantage, and you get to sit down and do something else (read, text, etc) while you wait. And you will wait; only one open window when I was there, and the issues of people in front of you can be quick or lengthy. Server was professional, friendly and helpful. Location not convenient to Sylva or Murphy, but better than going to Asheville. Don't bother calling the toll free number; the forty-minute expected wait was right on the money, but who can listen to electro-pop that long, with continually being thanked for patience when you are not? And it's the national center, not the local office that you have called. Use the website if you can, although that's what I tried first.

    I would not give this place any stars cuz they suck that bad cuz they kick ppl off the premises with out cause when ur not doing anything but paying ur own money to come play pool or bowl just because a employee does not like u and lies on u when u did nothing to them this is the worst place to go to have some laid back fun I would advise going to the fun factory at least they let u have a better time with ur friends and family or if u want to drink go to a bar a good one is mixers at least going to one of the two places u can have fun and not get kicked out for no reason
