Constant run around for my wife and I. Sheu2019s been trying to change her name and they told her she had to go to guilford county office when we live in Randolph. When we call, half the time, they hang up on us after making us listen to a lengthy covid message. As soon as you get the option to talk to someone, they hang upu2026 wish I could give them 0 stars. Time to quit wasting tax payers dollars on this office and terminate the lazy people that work there.

Despicable, basically closed. And someone who has Parkinson can't even go into the office today and see about getting disability due to Parkinsons, just to be told by security to call the number posted. Whom ever is in the office should talk to anyone who drives to said office. A real person should be answering the phone not a computer. Where's the common sense, the normal human compassion that people used have back before the fauci virus.

I called the Asheboro office while in the parking lot. All I needed to do was deops 2 forms off. I was told no we don't take forms because of Covid. Well how about just closing up shop because this location is wasting tax dollars.

Surprisingly great experience with all the negative you here about SS offices. Came to get my name changed after getting married and was greeted with a smile and a few laughs. Short wait time and a smooth transaction before I was sent on my way. Friendly and pleasant staff, will definitely come here for any other needs!

First time I've been here. It's like the DMV except as soon as you get there an Officer named Goines greeted everyone and was real friendly answering any questions asked. My experience was a good one service was quicker than I thought it was going to be.

This place is like any govt office. The wait is ridiculous, about an hour long. The kicker is that the windows were empty half the time. The security guard is good for comic relief. He goes between stressed to the max and rubbing his tempels any time someone asks a question, and falling asleep! Literally nodding off. ud83dude02ud83dude02ud83dude02

Never got the name of the woman that I spoke to but she was incredibly rude, made me feel like I was an idiot because I was there. The only nice thing about my experience was the security officer.
