Every time I've had to contact or visited the Social Security office I've been impressed with how helpful they've been. If I've had questions, they've always given me answers and explained everything.
    Reservations Reception
Minimum wait is 40 minutes and you cannot make an appointment online. Staff made typos and it's impossible to find out as they denied to show the screen to me to confirm the info was OK. Years later when I find out, they ask for original paperwork to correct their own typos they didn't ask back then. They're playing with people's time.
    TAY. Keeping It Real
It's great you just have to be more direct about what you need and what you want to know.. I hope this helps
