If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is the perfect example of what the government is. They never work, they have the wrong phone number on their doors. They are never at work during their u201cworking oursu201d more like lunch time 24/7. They are probably stuffing their faces with the money they make working a 2nd job because they honestly could work a full time job while being employed in this office. I have never seen anyone in this office and lord behold you try calling. You might just get a u201csorry can you holdu201d then you get left on hold for 2 hours and they close and hang up on you.

I would give negative stars if I could. Terrible, we received conflicting information for 5 months and still didn't recieve our daughters new card. I've been waiting to get my daughters birth certificate back for over 3 months. We decided to just get a new one instead. The worst experience I've ever had with a government office. We are dual military so it's hard to get documents as it is.

They lie to not help you. Then tell you to call back again later.

This office doesn't even deserve one star. Nobody does anything here. I sent in paystubs after doing their complicated math to determine financial eligibility for SSI and they didn't even enter the info into their system. They just sent them back with a handwritten note saying I would never be eligible while employed. Fast forward three months. Still haven't heard about my eligibility even though they are supposed to let you know within 30 days. Also, apparently my file has been terminated. Nobody let me know about this. I called three weeks ago and the person on the phone didn't mention this at all. Needless to say, this office doesn't give a rat's a-hole about helping people. The only thing they do here is tell you to stop contacting them.

Called to resolve a minor issue my elderly father was having. Lady on the phone was very helpful, respected his privacy and the SS laws to not disclose information to me over the phone without him being present which is understandable. Mailed the necessary information to his residence. Glad to have a local office in Watertown staffed with local people. Thank you!

Ample parking. Easy check in process. Comfortable waiting area. Fast service. The woman who waited on me was professional. The booth was very close to the waiting area, so it didn't seem very private.
