    The Jamestown Office is more of waiting on hold than getting an answer. After 25 minutes on hold the phone hangs up on you and you have to call back. It took me 5 phone calls and 5 different employees to find out why my husbands paper work was not done. Amber was the only one that noticed we were missing a paperwork .The Paperwork was faxed on 8/20 and hopefully on Monday 10/25 it will be in the computer. In the meantime my husband is without insurance. Letu2019s all hope nothing happens, because i bet SS wonu2019t pay the bills. What a run around and many hours on hold to get an answer. Horrible service, Amber was great , but I think the rest of the employees need more training.

The Social Security Admin let me knowntoday, via the phone, that THAT FORM DOES NOT EXIST.nI am beginning to think workers at THIS OFFICE, Hazeltine Ave Jamestown, NY, IS PURPOSEFULLY MALICIOUS to diabled and elderly recipients of this governmental assistance, I EARNED.
