Had an appointment scheduled for yesterday waited and no phone call. Called the 1 800 number today and said she didnt even see on the notes where a phone call was attempted and rescheduled me for an second appointment in 3 weeks I cant do this paperwork online if I could i would but it has to be done through one of them. The lady from the call center told me I could call the carlsbad office and see what happened why I didnt get a call so i did and the girl that answered sounded like she just woke up told me the other lady lied that her notes say some guy in her office had tried to call but i didnt answer. I told her no one called i waited for this appointment for 3 weeks now I have to wait another 3 weeks for another appointment because they arent calling and she sounded like she just woke up.

I wish I could rate it zero stars! Haven't received payment for 2 months because an employee there didn't turn in the paperwork after I brought in everything that was required. About to be homeless and can't afford food for me and my son because the Carlsbad office didn't do their job. Do they really need to be reminded that these are human lives?!!! In a desperate situation and have been trying to call the supervisor back like he asked me to!!! Can't get through to Carlsbad office and keep getting different information from the national number. I have no car to go to the office because I'm poor! So stressful! Keith was helpful but I can't call him back because no one answers. Thanks a lot for letting us starve to death!
