I made 3 calls to the SS office in Trenton to check on my Medicare application. Each person was helpful, courteous and pleasant. One call had no hold time and the others were a matter of minutes. All 3 representatives were truly helpful and gave me peace of mind. They were proactive and offered to mail a confirmation of coverage pending receipt of the Medicare card. Quality service and it is greatly appreciated.

So I did the online app for my 5 yo. My appt was on March 15 and the spervisor called me to tell me they were running late and someone would call me shortly. I waited 2 more hrs and called back to be told they marked me as unresponsive. I never got a call from you ppl at SSA building. Secondly I spoke to someone who rescheduled my appt all the way in may. But I receive the letter on April 4 saying per our conversation on the 15th you decided not the file. I never spoke with anyone regarding that matter. Whoever stated that is lying because I already previously received the letter regarding my appt in may. If y'all that tired and don't want to do your job quit.

The staff at the office were very understanding and helpful with my retirement benefits. The young man who works at the office on the phone answered all of my questions and was extremely polite. I would not have been able to complete the process on my own.

I've visited this office several times with my mom and my sister in law. Two different occasions with great customer service and very friendly staff.nnJuly 16, 202. Just got off the phone with two ssn officers who helped me with my case and one to call me to schedule my appointment, very professional and nice. Most of all, the waiting time to receive second call wasn't that long before I get a text confirm for my appointment and link to my application.nnThank you

Ok so because of COVID-19 we have been having issues with trying to get our cards. My husband and I are trying to get a mortgage but need these cards. So we sent our application in with our verification information. They sent out my husband card but got LOST in the mail this is after waiting 6 weeks for an appointment just to speak with someone. So I called back explained this to someone and she told me that I have to start the process all over again so good luck to all those out there trying to get your social security cards

I have been sitting at the SSI office for over 3 hours! I was called to the window after 2 hours, then told to sit down and wait again. I only want to change my bank account number for direct deposit! After sitting for such a long time, I will have to leave for a doctor's appointment that was scheduled a month ago. Time wasted in waiting. Need a better system and treatment of people receiving services.

Went in for a replacement card the process was fast and easy. You go to the kiosk and fill out some information on why you are there they give you a number and you wait to be called. Make sure you fill out all appropriate paperwork before you get there to make the process easier.

Took my dad in to update and change his info. Got our number and waited an hour and 10 minutes. A very nice lady took care of us and we were done in 5 minutes. Not bad on the wait compared to other places.

I recently worked with the Trenton office to enroll in Medicare part B. I'm very appreciative of all the assistance and kindness that they extended to make the process easier. The office is easy to find, with ample parking. There's a number system, but it goes very quickly and I was in and out in a half hour.

They need to clean out the entire building of staff and hire new people but more professional that can actually speak to people with a better attitude.

We were in at 11:30 and got out at 12:15. The lady at the window 6 was awesome. She was very professional and helped out quickly.

This place needs better signs since everyone seems to be looking for it all day every day. I work in the area and I give everyone instructions how to get there. People walk inside the Pelletieri Homes building walking on second floor looking for this place. If you are making a trip there please look for the only very small sign they have next to Beauty Mart.

My spouse and I visited the Trenton, NJ office on April 27, 2018 to have our details updated in the system.nnWe arrived at 8:55 AM, got our queue number, waited for 5-10 minutes for our number to be called, were assisted by the lovely Mrs. Montero, and completed everything before 9:25 AM (in less than 30 minutes)!nnMrs. Montero was really helpful and proactive. She adequately addressed our objective, i.e. to update our info due to a change in immigration status, and other info that had been incorrectly entered in the system a few years back. She even updated us on the progress of our documents verification. Moreover, she exuded positivity, and we could tell she loves what she's doing. Keep up the excellent job, Mrs. Montero!
