Needed to get a replacement card. You walk up to door and security is there to ask what your business is, handed me a form to fill out in my car and called me over when they were ready for me. You still are asked to wear a mask when entering. Process took less than 10 mins. Friendly and efficient staff.

Very rude facility, my mother recently had a stroke and I am a student at a university and I always call and ask them about my mothers benefits and they allow me to know the info. Today I call and this lady was very rude and said I am not allowed to be given information, which does not make sense. I call every month and they allow me to get this information. If we get another overpayment this will be ridiculous, it was a simple question on why is my mother receiving two payments. The lady I talked to today should not be working at this office and should be fired. This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to get in contact with my mother when I wont see her until another week and a half.

SSA does not actually help. I do not need their services. Never really have either. It certainly is not a love relationship. I question certifications for their agency. They seem unqualified. Appartently FDR admistrated this organization. (Lets put it this way, that means scam) i have been conversaried more cash out of my pocket then they have paid me in over 10 years of recieving benefits. They never appreciate your business and infringe multiple rights. They seem to enjoy putting people through emotional distress. My best advice would be atleast do not trust them.

I called to check the status of when my Medicare card was going to be mailed out to me. Turning 65 years old in December so I am supposed to get the Medicare card in August.nThe customer service person did not identify herself by name. I had to ask her name. She reluctantly gave me her name as Ms. Mendez.nShe did not ask me the usual questions to verify my identity, such as:nCity and State of birth. Date of Birth. Mothers maiden name. Social Security Number.nWhen I asked her the status of my Medicare Card that is when she asked me my age, and date of birth She then says I won't get the Medicare Card until December, the month of my birthday. I know that is incorrect because on Medicare .gov it says you get your Medicare Card 3-4 months before your 65 birthday. Also another agent from the same office that I spoke with 2 months ago said I would receive the card sometime in August.nI told Ms. Mendez that she was giving me misinformation. She said for me to check on the website and could not help me any further.nI finished the call with her and called back the same office to speak with another customer service agent. The new agent is very polite, professional, identifies herself by name, asks all the questions to verify my identity. This agent checks the status of my Medicare Card and says it was issued July 27th and is out in the mail, and I should receive it soon.nLater the same day, guess what? My Medicare Card is delivered in my mail box. LOL!!!nMs Mendez is a worthless, rude, arrogant, incompetent, bad apple. She is obviously not trying to help the customers. Zero Stars for her!

Rude, obnoxious.nI need an appointment to conclude my business. There are no appointments.nWhen I asked for clarification of that, the rude, obnoxious woman hung up on me.nDisgraceful.nClearly they are using Covid as an excuse not to provide appropriate services.

Government employees often get a bad rap, unfairly. I went to this office to get help with an issue I was having with the SSA website. The office is clean, well lit, in a good location and has plenty of parking. The office is well run, organized and staffed by smart, knowledgeable professionals. The lady who I spoke with couldnu2019t have been more helpful. She solved my problem within 5 minutes. Five stars and my thanks.

Arrived 15 mins before opening to find about 20 people already inside. Upon arrival logged on terminal and received B197 number. Two windows and other inside cubicles. Between walk in and two people that had prior appointments. Waited less than one hour. Very nice people. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My issues resolved within 5 mins. New card issued in under 30 days. Note that when becoming Naturalized citizen you must visit SS office with original naturalization certificate. A new card will be issued when info is updated. Remember to bring ID. Passport and Drivers license and birth cert. Helps move things along.
