I haven't been to the office due to COVID, but I spoke to Kennedy on the phone for my SSI review. In all the years I've been dealing with Social Security, Kennedy was the nicest agent I've ever spoken with. He had personality and talked with me like an actual person, instead of just asking the questions in a monotone voice like most other agents. He made our conversation lighthearted and made me laugh with his jokes. It's a shame I'm only living here for a short time, I wish he could be my agent forever.

Everything was great, only had to wait about 10 minutes. The man I worked with was very nice. They do still require a mask in the building.

I endure alot of abuse , I get brush off, poorly bad be treated, yelled, no right to speak your rights, since past 2 yrs including don't feel safe , anxiety, uncomfortable, I shut down and cried, there agent Mr Kennedy past 2/3 yrs, when your very sick with alot health issues, I wasn't treated with patient and kindness, I don't deserve that abuse , trying to live the normal life and get back up it's difficult task that I suffer and indure threw my health issues and mental health. I really don't deserve that abuse I indure, I'm going get advocate to help me report the way I've been treated.

Before pandemic review: Convenient entrance for handicapped people, there are push plates to open the door automatically to get in and out.nKiosk makes it easy to sign in and get a waiting number ticket. Plenty of seats, office was not crowded at all.nThe only flaw is so-so quality of speakers , the sound was not clear when our number had been called but security officer helped immediately confirming our turn.nLady Smiley at window 4 had been outstandingly nice, friendly and helpful. Not only she resolved our issue fast and gracefully but she exceeded our expectations by giving us helpful extra information and guidance for the future references. GREAT PERSONALITY AND HIGH PROFESSIONALISM, THANK YOU, MS. SMILEY!!nnUpdate: I have to change rating to 1 star as my last visit reveals that lady at window #1 withholds information from visitors at her own discretion. She gave me negative answer (NOT ELIGIBLE) and didnu2019t provide full answer until I asked her more questions ( because I did my homework I knew that benefit is possible with certain conditions). It is absolutely unacceptable that people like her work in social security office where people come looking for help. This woman has poster above her head THE MORE PEOPLE I MEET THE MORE I LOVE MY CHIHUAHUA. Sad. Maybe she should try to work at veterinary hospital instead.

Very nice man who helped me and made it a pleasant experience. However my second visit I left near tears as the woman at window 2 whom I was referred to was one of the nastiest people I've ever met. I did nothing at all to provoke her. She should not be working with the public. Don't go to window 2!

Any time I have had to deal with this agency weather on phone or in person. I have never been more then 30 minutes in and out most times. Every staff member on phone or in person are pleasant and knowledgeable. No complaints

Quick Service ,considering it's a Federal Program in an Elderly area.nKnowledgeable, Friendly and Accurate staff. Shines by comparison with same institution in Metro area. A Pleasant experience interacting with a LargenGovernment bureaucracy!

Clint was extremely professional and had all the answers we needed. He really helped us out.
    Vogel Sandy
No one actually listens to you. All they want to do is give you some random answer and move on to the next person. I truly don't think anyone one of them knows what they are doing.
    Terri Donaldson
say they are open by phone, online and in person. They won't answer the phone. You either need a name or extension.
