    This is a Google review and I'm going to make a report of this Google review online as well. I went down to my local social security office after calling a million times to file a form 561,632 and 634 for an appeal. my husband and myself requested a formal appeal and spoke to Mr Warner. this local security office is on Washington avenue in egg harbor township New Jersey. and they represent Atlantic City New Jersey in Atlantic county area. Mr Warner act like he had amnesia. I have not received any information in the mail concerning our appeal . I tried to go online to see was the pill processed. and they locked me out of the account my account and my husband account. so I called the social security office. and still didn't get no help. I wind up calling my own attorney to represent us. and thank God I got through to my attorney. I will be going in there on Monday morning to find out about the process. and I guarantee you God will handle it. because he doesn't lie he keeps his promises. I will be reporting this to the community on a regular basis until this is resolved. this is the only way the community is going to be helped. when you call around you nobody answers the phone and they really don't care about people in the community. they are they are very disrespectful. Mr Warner and Mr Armstrong are very very disrespectful. thank you

    Don't waste your time! If all you need is a duplicate soc sec card fill out the online form. This place makes you wait outside in the cold for an hour just to have you fill out a form and tell you they will mail it to you! Also it seems, according to the manager, even though this is a FEDERAL FACILITY they only serve local citizens from the immediate area. He was absolutely crestfallen when my wife produced a local address to go with her Florida driver's license. Strange, I wasn't aware Florida residents are not entitled to FEDERAL SERVICES here in New Jersey. Sounds illegal. Interesting... Skip this facility if you can, the management lied to try to deny a disabled person services and that's dangerous.

    Still on hold after 33 minutes and 32 seconds. I've gone through intervals of 10 minutes of beeping sounds, 10 minutes of dead air space and now 13 minutes of the phone ringing unanswered. This office has my records locked up online and I can't do anything online, I need to talk to the office. I'm going to see how long the phone will ring without it being answered. 34 minutes and 41 seconds. Absolutely useless.... Final count 39 minutes and 10 seconds until the SSA office phone hung up on me.

    This office was very organized. Waited outside for maybe 30 minutes before the nice security guard let you in being they only allow 8 people in the building. Once I was in, I waited for about 15 minutes and they called me up and I was in and out. Friendly workers behind the counter too.

    Made an appointment was sent home by the guard since i was not on their list. Called the telephone to find out whats wrong been told i have a teleph one appointment.receptionist promised that her supervisor will call. Never called me. Was waiting for the whole day bur never call me. She lied. Made it soooo difficult for me to talk to representative.     I was so stressed out and tire of calling and writing letters that I asked for a supervisor and spoke with Mrs. Elsie, she was very sympathetic with my situation and corrected my problem in a matter of a couple of days!     The worst SSA Office! No one cares! Bunch of unprofessional unhelpful hard to deal with and doesnu2019t listen to concerns. Couldnu2019t even get any manager even when told that a call was set up for the manager to call back and never receive any call at all! They will argue instead of listening! Total waste of time calling and dealing with Egg Harbor Township, NJ Social Security Office! Less than u201c0u201d rating if thereu2019s a choice! Definitely Negative rating!     My wife and I came in to sign up for medicare. we had an appointment, and we were taken right on time, despite the fact that the place was packed with walk-ins prior to our arrival. our staff person was outstanding--polite and very knowledgable. we had one problem with our documentation, but he identified aworkaroundso that we did not have to return a second time. We were out in less than an hour. I have to admit I was quite surprised at the level of competence and professionalism, and I give them high marks regarding the entire process.

    Ugh!!! 1st let me say that the ppl were apologetic & friendly. 2ndly Go early! I arrived @ 1120 & walked out @ 3:45. This was a nightmare. They were short handled & ladies room was out of soap & outside room sanitizer was out.. While sitting there waiting 2 hear ur # called (which was in NO order). I nearly was frozen. So bring a parka. Also, if U make an appt there the wait is a few weeks. There were no speakers outside so if U walked out U might loose Ur spot in line. I don't understand if it's busy all of the time why would U NOT extend ur hours. Also while sitting there they announce on the hour that they R extremely busy & that they may not get 2U by the time they close. UGH!!     I honestly hate having to come here because most of the time there is an issue. Make sure you bring all of your paperwork and everything you can possibly think of so youu2019re prepared and you donu2019t have to return. Youu2019ll also be waiting for HOURS so be waiting at the door before it opens. I wouldnu2019t give this place one star. They really need to get it together.

    Worst place was there in under 10in the morning still not called they are calling everyone but me . Itu2019s only black black and black . It should be first come first serve I came 9 am called on window in 10 minutes still waiting at 12pm ridiculous . And these people call us biased when they are the one .     First of all anyone saying that they waited 8hrs that due to walking in without an appointment. The other factors is that they don't have a big staff. And the employees aren't the rude and nasty one, the ppl that come in making demands and don't want to follow the rules of the office.
