    Most are rude and make you do uneeded extra steps however a few of them are kind and curious usually when you end up getting your call answered by another office bc north platte didn't answer have had many issues but there are a couple people there who still understand how to help and do the job correctly and efficiently

    Nobody who works up there is willing or wanting to help anyone! ( Except Katie) You will get the run around and lied to I know because I finally was able to talk to someone up there who does care and was told I didn't need to do a bunch of unnecessary stuff that I had already just done for them! They just giving the run-around! Thank God for the one lady up there who does care!

    The little graph within this ad tells us that the best time to call is between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. I just want you all to know that I have tried that...the reason the call volume is so low is because they just don't bother to answer the phone.
