    My grandson was getting a real ID, but his Social Security Card was laminated and they would NOT accept it. So, We went to the Social Security office in Sikeston to order a duplicate, but they were not working because of COVID. I called, and was told to fill out the form and send his ID, and they would take care of it. That was weeks ago. I even send a self addressed stamped envelope for the return mail. I still have not heard a thing from them. Try calling them now, and hold is terrible. On top of that, they will hang up on you and you have to call back and wait again. After being hung up on, because I asked to talk to a supervisor I called back and talked to a wonderful lady named Susan. All issues resolved thanks to her. However, they still need to address the rudeness of the first unlady who answered the phone

    Today I was in contact with Paul Aydelott concerning a form that needed to be filled out. He took the time to explain the form in detail which made me feel so much better.     They are ruse and don't care about anybody. My husband is not the biological father and my kids don't really get a check cause they screw them out of a check. I send check stubs and they only getting $10.75 a piece. They say that they are over paying and that is their fault not mine. If they keep it up I am going to tell them to stop their checks. Y'all should be a shamed of y'all selfs. I am done arguing and fighting with them. Rude people and they act like they are scared to touch your papers
