I went in person to talk to someone last week. Today Miss Clark called me to review some things and called me a liar. Said there was no way I came in person because they were closed. I'm pretty sure I walked through the door and sat in a chair waiting for 20 minutes to talk to someone. Miss Clark was extremely rude for our entire conversation.

If I could leave -5 stars I would! I sat on hold for 15 minutes then finally someone answered said their offices were still closed! I have tried since 2020 to change my name since getting married! She told me I have two years then proceeded to hang up on me!!! Absolute awful service! I refuse to mail all of my important documents in the mail! I wouldnu2019t ever recommend this place!!!

I would give a lower rating if possible. For 8 years I got SSI for my son and they never said I need to send in paystubs monthly until I recently just had my 3rd child. Now they want to reduce/cut my sons SSI even though or cost of living has clearly increased. I've gotten SEVERAL letters, each showing different amounts that will be a new payment. Basing payments on stubs monthly screw EVERYTHING up. If the amount changes every month you can even report it accurately with other agencies. I feel like I'm being scammed, plus the phone number in the letters is way different than what my local branch shows, voices on recording are strange, none of it makes sense.

In-person interactions are suspended, but they also never answer their phones. Per SS website instructions, Iu2019ve mailed important documents to this location and have not received any notice that they have been processed/received/mailed back to my address in the last 3 weeks. My phone calls have never been answered.

I just spent 15 minutes on hold until an automated voice (are there any others) told me to hang up and try again because they were busy. I fail to understand how their time is more valuable than mine. I've always stood up for government workers in private conversations, but not anymore!

After 3 phone calls and long wait times to talk to a actual person I am still left with no answers and wonder why these people say they work for social security when there is nobody there doing ther job . So how on earth can we get issue resolved quickly ? You will not. It will take you weeks to perform one simple task that I or you could actually do but we dont have the job title ..u00ce?FEDUP !!
