    This is the most unprofessional office I have ever had to deal with. They mess up information and benefits. The case worker I was assigned isn't professional she acts like it's inconvenient to deal with anything. They can't keep their paperwork right and shut people's benefits off when they should not. They have done this to me once again this year right before Christmas.
