If this was a real business. Not a governmental job. Then when you called the numbernof this location. Instead of spending 5 minutes telling me about how they are saving me from the dreaded covid monster, they could say appointment only.. no walk in. In the real world this would be understood.

I applied for a new social security card in January and have not received a thing. Everytime I call the line is either busy or a lady answers and is rude and hangs up on you when annoyed with your questions. I have been hung up on several times and this when you can actually get through to someone. This is ridiculous.

Phone service only is a joke busy off the hook and when you do get through they say you have an attitude and they hang up on you and they won't answer your calls they just continuously hang up on you if you can get through the busy tone. The very few random times I can actually get to my worker she never does ever return my phone calls and did you send you documents and want you to call them but as I previously stated you can't

The lady who answered the phone for my grandmother today, was very rude to her and helped her in no way. So I called the office about 20 minutes later to see if I could get some answers for my grandmother, and she was just as rude and was worthless to me as she was to my grandmother. She gave short answers to everything I asked and didn't help with anything. She needs to find another job if she can't handle the stress of questions from the elderly or anyone else who needed answers.

I went there today to get my daughter a replacement card and the rent a cop that was working was very rude. I had her birthh certificate that wouldnt work had medicaid card, that wouldnt work so we left got her state id after he said we need that we could use that well needless to say we went back and he said that wont work has to be hard copy. I am fuming mad, she needed it for her job. Find a new more polite rent a cop

Most of the experiences with this office are polite,How ever they have a gentle man that is an agent that loves to be rude to the disabled and make them feel inadequate, For him I say We are disabled not stupid so please treat us with respect.nnI am disabled not dead TREAT ME LIKE A PERSON NOT A NUMBER ON YOUR SCREEN..

I was meet by the security guard who was nice and professional and respectfully informed me of the rules ( silence phone, no pictures Etc) and then helped me get a ticket prior to be called up. The attend was very nice and help with all the paper work and questions I had.

Never dealt with more rude people in my life..and the rent a cop in the front needs to get the chip off his shoulder. He was an a**

I showed up at 11:58 and they said they were closed. If they are going to close early, maybe that should be there business hours.

I called this office to ask a couple questions. I have never had anyone from SSI be unhelpful or rude. I was cordial and when the woman helping me was rude and seemed bothered within a minute of my call, I asked to speak to another person. She hung up. I called back a few times, and was hung up on each time. Itu2019s unacceptable that you go to the reviews and there are several of these same comments like this. That worker honestly needs to be let go or disciplined. People are in need of help. You literally have no idea if the person youu2019re speaking with has a birth injury, an accident injury, an autoimmune disorder, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, canu2019t walk or is immobile, a brain injury or several other hundreds of disorders. Use kindness and professionalism or find another job.
