The people that answer the phone for this location are extremely rude, IF someone answers the call. I have tried numerous times to get an appointment because there is no way I feel I can safely MAIL IN my actual drivers license, birth certificates, etc. I have begged and every time I am very rudely told the only answer is to mail in all my personal paperwork for a name change. This is insane!!! Social Security needs to step up their game!

I hope this doesnu2019t offend anyone whou2019s going their job but I called three times about my denial letter. The first couple of times I spoke with black women. They were not helpful at all. The third time I spoke with a white lady. A few days later I received my letter that I needed and she sent emails of everything to my phone. People if you not going to do your job, please allow someone else that position.

You have to mail your actual license in with application for name change. That should not be required. That leave you with no identification to pick up medications, prove identity with card purchases, road blocks.....they could open their office for appointments. Iu2019m sure those people shop in Walmart. Lazy

Iu2019ve been on the phone for 8 minutes now and I just keep getting a ringing tone as if someone will pick up and then it goes to the waiting music. Finally, Ms. Yolanda pick up the phone and she was VERY sweet and helpful.
