Went into office 7/10 at 11:51 and was out by 11:58. I didn't even have to wait a full minute. Was immediately called up and my question answered and problem solved. This was after I waited 35 minutes on the phone with Medicare only to be told they couldn't help me and to call Social Security (for a Medicare related issue) then calling SS to be told I would have a 20 minute wait. Granted I did have to drive 34 miles round trip to get results but it was well worth the great service.

Middle of the day during working hours and they are closed, no note or anything. Very inconvenient, stopped by twice at 1:30 and 3:30. Still closed and it was working hours and a normal day that they should have been open. Not even a note say they were out. And you canu2019t call them.
