This office works all from home STILL and the only in person appts allowed are if you are in danger of losing your housing. I have tried repeatedly to get the documentation I need (at least 6 phone calls) and all they do is send me a letter that does not have the written language and data that I am in need of. This is a time sensitive issue and yet since I am not in jeopardy of losing housing they are unwilling to help me in person so I can guarantee I leave with documentation that I need. I was told that the only place above you can go to file a complaint is the local senator's office. Just an fyi for anyone else in a situation similar to mine.

This office is not good. Waited over a month for my kids replacement cards with about 10 different answers from people there. Not knowing where my originals were. Conflicting info about them being processed then not. Told to send in wrong things...no communication at all. Still waiting for my originals to come back. This review is definitely not for any of the staff I dealt with. Except for John. He's the only one who not only took the time to really listen. Investigate the issue and even call me back. Best person they have there in my book! I have since called again to be transferred to a supervisor who does not return my call. Still missing my original documents that were supposedly mailed out over a week maybe 2 ago.

Phone don't work at the Brainerd location. Every time I call the automated phone service to talk to a real person the call is dropped. You can't walk in they only have the drop boxes open Mon, Tue, & Thur 9am to 1pm so you can't talk to anyone!

Judy at social security is very unprofessional. She started giving me someone else's social security info. When I was trying to explain stuff she was arguing with me telling me I'm wrong because she was looking at another person's info. She didn't even bother to ask me my name!!!!

Stopped here to get a new Social Security Card on 8/30/19. The government website said to bring a passport and driver license and I could get a replacement card. The man at the desk was rude and said these forms of ID were not sufficient, even though online it said they were. He acted like I was trying to scam him and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. He refused to help. Horrible experience, paranoid and unwelcoming employee who smiled at my discomfort and took every opportunity to make the process more difficult.

I received a letter to follow up on behalf of my ASD son with a rep named Nate. As of today I have contacted him 4 times in the last 2 weeks leaving voice mails and STILL no return call!!! There has to be some accountability for unprofessional agents.

I usally get helped pretty fast. I was working with one agent there and, tryed calling him 5 times leaving messages. He never called me back. So I felt liked I was getting ignored. It didn't make me very happy. I ended up getting helped by someone else. I just felt like I wasted my time with him. I will never work with him again. Not cool.
