The day I went to this office was already terrible stress filled. My husband had just passed away and I had to try to correct the mistake that s.s. had made. The women who was there was so rude and unhelpful. This office staff needs to go to a class that teaches them how to have people skills because this office is lacking terribly in this. The only positive thing I can say is the officer at the deck was so wonderful.

One star is to much. They have one job! Serve the people. Incompetent. Lazy. Office hours supposedly ste 9 to 4. After calling a week in advance and told bybone of the employees that drop box is available from 9 am on Wednesdays. Got there at 9:20 and office is still closed. Then a security guard comes to say drop box is until 10. Another lady was told online that dhe could just come in and when she got there, samguard told her that appointment only.

Drove almost an hour to get here and they are closed with no explanation. Not a holiday and waited till after 1 and they still didn't open. Not even a note on the door!

The security guard is very polite and helpful. The other workers are incompetent and very rude. They are not people persons and should not work there. They act like they are extremely unhappy working there. They would rather not help the people who pay taxes that pay there checks. I believe if you work in a place that deals with people you should always have an a smile and be polite and helpful no matter the situation. They are unprofessional and do not belong behind the desks. Please hire professional and polite workers. You are driving away people who need help.

The woman whohelpedus was the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time. Unable to answer any of my questions after giving me a bunch of incorrect information. Bay City office was much more helpful and the ladies I spoke with were polite.

A couple of the representatives there were unhelpful and rude! Went to appeal a decision and was told not to bother, as they would just tear it up anyway. I went to another Social Security Office, was told which documents I needed, appealed, and won. On the plus side, the security guard there is great, and the wait time isnu2019t bad.

I visited this office for a fairly complex issue and wasn't fully informed about what I needed. The very friendly security person greets everyone and helps with the sign-in process. The extremely competent staff went above and beyond to help me complete the task I came in for. The only issue is that the office is understaffed, so the wait can be long. Bring a book!

The most rude experience I've dealt with, our tax dollars are waisted on this facility! Are they demoted from the V.A. hospital's to here?

I have only spoke with descent folks when I call up there and get through. There's the key I have been hung up on more times than I have spoke with someone.

Very rude people who work here. I was helping a disabled person there and couldn't believe how they talk to disabled people working there. Very sad.
