    Over the past few years, I have had to visit this office a few times. Each time, the representative was helpful, efficient, informative. My wait times were reasonable. I have spoke with this office on the phone, and they are respectful, knowledgeable, and get the matter taken care of.

    I wish I could do NO STARS! I was there for over an hour and didnt get help at all, just waited the entire time. When I first got there it seemed as though they were calling numbers quickly, but the last half an hour they didn't call A SINGLE PERSON back! I got there at 230 and ended up leaving at 330 because it was ridiculous! As I was leaving I looked down at all the windows and there was literally ONE person helping someone, all of the other windows were closed. So i wouldn't bother going there later in the day, because they SAY they don't close until 4 but apparently they close at 3 by they way they all had left.....And to top it off their waiting room was FULL of people. Makes me wonder how many people stayed until 4 that they told to leave. Another thing, I have a two year old who doesn't like to sit still, I mean what 2 year old does. I have NO ONE who can watch him so I had to take him. He started crying ONE time and the security officer told me I needed to go sit down with him and if he cried again I needed to leave, I was like REALLY! Not even five minutes later I ended up leaving. SOOOOOOO unprofessional! I couldn't tell you if the staff were good or not because like I said I didnt even get the chance to work with them. Oh, and one other thing....PARKING SUCKS! Their actual parking lot is very small and you cant even turn around in it, so with a big truck its impossible! What is really frusterating, is I was only there to get a SS card for my son! NOT HAPPY!

I have questions regarding my new ss card, which my local office won't even bother to take my name and ssn to check the statues for me. She helps me with the current new ssn card status, gives me suggestions, and also tell me she understand my worried. I am really appreciated that.     How can I get a job at this place? Full time pay and benefits, 7 hour work days, 4 and a half days a week, paid off all federal holidays, leisurely work level and, apparently, you don't even need to know your job very well. Don't even need any customer service skills either, because their problems aren't any of your concern.
