There are a few young men there who are terrific. Matt and Johnathan take care of all my needs and I always leave satisfied no matter what business I have there. One of the gentlemen there is a Space Force veteran and you can tell these young men love serving their clients and their country.

Impressive office. They helped me get a replacement Social Security card for my seven children very quickly. I am just so glad I remembered my drivers license and a medical record for each child!

The staff here showed me how to get a benefit letter and file for benefits from SSA.GOV. Once I set up a myssa account, I was able to read all about my earnings information and benefit amounts. Now I can even change my address and phone number from home.

What a nightmare attempting to contact someone, but it is a situation that is only too common today. It seems impossible to get in on line as it refuses to recognize who you're are. You can put in a proper number and it will tell you no.

I have been to this office 3 times trying to get a date of death corrected, I have given them copies of death certificate twice, ,6 months later and still not correct in master file. What a sad waste of taxpayers money. Because of date of death being incorrect Medicare will not pay my mother's final bills. What an injustice.

I get this is a busy place but almost the entire staff walked out while the waiting area was so full people were standing in the hall to go to lunch. I have been waiting over a hour.
