I had a half hour wait on the phone, just to be told that they will not schedule an appointment for what I am requesting, I went to this office in town, just to be told that it's mandatory to have an appointment?nI don't own a computer or printer, so I can't print my own forms.nWhat exactly am I supposed to do, when my landlord is asking for a 'benefits letter' dated AFTER April 1st, and because I'm living in a low income property, I am required to show that letter to them, so they can figure out my rent.nSo because I don't have any of those resources available to me, I went to this office, just to be told that I can't go in, and we repeat.nDoes anyone really read these, because if you are, I'm going to complain, due to the way things are today, people like me, disabled, and lower income, I am being denied help from them because my issues, can all be done online, and I'm not going to get a appointment.nDoes anyone else see the wheel, going around, and around, and around?nSo I ask you, Exactly what am I supposed to say to my landlord because I don't have an updated benefit letter, dated AFTER April 1st, that letter is how my rent is calculated for this year, I can't print it myself, and I tried to get one, that didn't work, so I am officially screwed, thank you

The website states they are open, but when I drove there from Mecosta and walked up to the door, there was a sign stating they were closed till further notice. Why do businesses put websites up and then not update them?? Please make sure you call first, so you don't waste a trip and gas for nothing.
