1 out of 7 calls of the week make progress. Huge mistakes made. Quick with patrons over the phone. Always courteous, but uncaring unfortunately. Iu2019ve been hung up on once or twice, not all the time, but still. It just sucks when people are put in situations they didnu2019t plan on and then when help is supposed to come it doesnu2019t. Itu2019s a very scary false sense of security. But hey USA

Called the office today to schedule an appointment. Was on hold for 55 minutes. When the lady picked up the phone she was rude and told me in person appointments don't happen and to send my ss 5 with my drivers license thru the mail. When I asked how I was supposed to drive to work or even buy my cigs she said too bad that's just how it works. If I get the cops called for trying to buy cigarettes when I don't have my id im going to sue.
