Office had some sort of issue this morning, causing them not to be able to open the doors and allow people in. We were notified prior to 9am that there was an issue and that they were working to resolve and would open hopefully about 5 minutes. Issue was still occurring at that time, however a staff person came out to start handling items as they could. She made several trips to and from the office to handle all of the items that could be and worked to provide solutions for those that could not be. While it was inconvenient, it was handled incredibly well.
