Ive been attempting to call and get a hold of someone at this office for two weeks now and no answer. I call every singe day at different times and it keeps ringing until it automatically hangs up. It is bad enough they are not open but at least pick up the phones. Super irresponsible!

I had the wrong information regarding when to sign up for Medicare Part B. LIsette orginaillay received my application and had some questions. She called and left a message and followed up on the call the next week. She explained exactly what need to happen. She was clear, friendly and knowlegeable. Thank you!!

Please get your information lined up between the phone line operators and the offices. You are costing people a lot of money they shouldn't have to spend during very hard times

This is the absolute worst social security staff to deal with.nnTheyu2019ve lost my documents twice- first time being a copy so no big deal but now they lost my original marriage certificate.nnIf you can avoid dealing with then I strongly advise doing anything in your power to not deal with them.

Really quick compared to 3 hour wait at Holyoke. I drove way farther to Springfield just for the fast times. Went in and was out the door in 20 minutes. Having 7 windows for a mass group of people helps vs holyokeu2019s 2 windows run by old people who have no clue how to run a computer

Employees here are not educated. The women here type wrongly the passport data and computer couldn't find immigrants status. Despite that Russian guy find and fixed the mistake, it was too late. In the 0result, my husband didn't get the social security card and become jobless. Now we need to go through escaled process which takes time. Do not reccomend this place.

This is not deaf friendly at all. All of the calls don't even show up on their screen and if that's not bad enough, the chairs are faced opposite direction of the screen so you have to keep turning around to check. Fix this.

Very Bad service, I called three times and they answered and then they hung up the phone on me , and the last call I heard the sound of their conversation and no one spoke, ok thanks for that

I keep calling and going through the prompts to talk to the next available agent. The phone rings twice, gives me some message about how they appreciate me calling or whatever, it starts ringing again and hangs up. This is been happening for a half an hour. It's infuriating

The employees at SSA on Bond Street are amazing! They are kind, compassionate, helpful and empathetic to needs. I have been to E Hartford and nothing compared to the wonderfu experience on Bond Street. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Really upset that I dragged my new born son to this location when they closed at 12 pm on Wed without putting it on their website that they close! It was their mistake for having to go there in the first place! Tired of people who fail to do their job and the customer suffers for it! This is why people dislike Social Security!!

They wait time can be fairly long on some days, especially during the first few days of the new month. But there are plenty of seats avaiable for waiting.
