Rude, very unprofessional. One of the male clerks looked at my ID then at me and proceeded to ask me what ever happened to you. Also I've called, asked for help on a renewal form basically got told I was on my own that they couldn't help. But on in the info packet it's says to call them and they will help.

I had to change the bank account into which my SS funds are deposited. The local office got the change accomplished in a couple of weeks, so there was no problem. Later I received a letter from SS administration saying that the change would take a few months. That would have been a problem.nThe Pittsfield office has always done a good job.
