Depending on who answers the phone if they actually answer (usually over 30 minute wait) you will get a different story from each person. So who really knows what weu2019re supposed to do because Each person will tell you a different thing

OMG....the staffs over there are so rude and have no compassion for whatsoever . i spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he was so freaking disrespectful and arrogant. not to say that they never answer the phone but when they do its like youu2019re disturbing them and they are not help.

I called and spoke with Alex (supposed name) and this is the 2nd time I've called and he has answered and on both encounters he was rude, yelling, and told me I didn't have a right to speak to a supervisor when I requested to do so. I asked for his name multiple times before it was given and he continued to be rude and yell at me. I think he needs to learn some people skills and how to interact with people respectfully.

This is the worse most unhelpful office, people are rude and seem like they really don't want to help you, & why the hell does everything have to be over their lame website? why are they even working in the office then? makes no sense

The woman I spoke to this morning was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. She was more interested in displaying her superiority complex than being of any assistance, so I hung up on her.

I had an awful experience with the woman i talked to i didn't hear what she was saying and asked her could she speak up a little and she replied with speaking very loudly. Also she started making rude gestures when i would answer her questions.

I have to say that it's rare when you run in to a government employee that really cares about what they do. However I needed to visit there twice and both people where kind, very helpful and just easy to work with.
They make to many mistakes here at this office and then they want you to fill out a 20+ page application for their mistake. FOH Never come here.

Love the new area. Well new since I went there like 5 years ago when it was tiny and upstairs. Now it's huge and fast and great.
