From the rude, condescending security guard to the one staff I spoke with? Utter garbage.nIf I need any services from social security administration, I'd happily walk 10 miles barefoot in the snow to get help at another SSA office.nTruly horrendous experience.

Called about getting new SSN cards for my children and they told me I had to come in, in person, to apply for the cards. I asked them specifically what forms of ID I need to bring with me to prove my underage childrenu2019s identities. I offered passports, school ID, military Dependent ID. They said school ID was fine. When I checked in, they told me that I needed to provide a medical physical for each of my children before they could assist. Inhave no idea why they need to know the physical status of my children before giving them a duplicate card, but I guess that is their policy. I asked why they hadnu2019t mentioned that when I called to confirm the appointment, and the gentlemen working said he didnu2019t know why, and that it wasnu2019t his problem. Best service ever.

We've been calling this office thinking we updated the consumer's address 2 times about the matter, to retrieve paperwork proof of income in order for consumer to rent. Consumer waited over a month in and out hotels being homeless ( called 3 times and spoke with female staff members typing away promising yeah yeah yeah you'll get it) and good thing I went to New Bedford office making a appointment by calling first thing in the am begging these people to hand us the paperwork so he can rent a apartment! Come to find out at the NB office Fall River had his old address from 8 years ago??!! So either change of address isn't going through right away as one staff claimed it does and he should have gotten his letter. Unbelievable
