Lousy. I needed to get a copy of my SSI award asap for a loan application. I went to the office and a very polite guard said I had to call, and gave me the number. I have called repeatedly throughout the day and the phone just keeps beeping. If it is often busy, why in hell don't they just get a simple answering machine to take a call back message like most other busy agencies do.

Iu2019ve been here twice and both times Iu2019m in and out within 20 minutes or less. The ladies Iu2019ve dealt with are pleasant, professional, and fast.nBut my all time reason for the 5 stars is the security guard there. Heu2019s nice, he makes you feel welcomed there, heu2019s helpful. He talks to people. Heu2019s respectful and I canu2019t see anyone disrespecting him because he comes off to you so cool and down to earth.nMy car was smoking and he even looked at my engine to make sure Iu2019d be all set before taking off. More of a service than I expected there. He cares for everyone walking through that door. What a guy! But this is the best Social Security office by far. Clean, quiet, fast, and the people are nice and helpful.

Very helpful person answered questions about my mother's SS benefits following the death of her husband. It took several tries to get through and probably a 5 minutes waiting but very happy with her attention to the situation and thoughtful answers I received. Thank you very much!

I have called this office a few times in the past few weeks looking for assistance regarding my elderly mothers benefits. I was never left on hold and the few different people that I have spoken with have been so nice and understanding with her situation! Great office staff...nThank you all!

I called different Social Security offices trying to get help. All I got was the run around. A co-worker said to call the Falmouth Social Security Office. I am not sure, but I believe the girls name was Melissa that I spoke to. She could not have been more understanding or nicer. She listened to me and helped me without question. I just turned 65 on July 25th. I was just trying to get information on what I Ineeded to do for Medicare/Medicaid. She was very professional, clear, and concise. She verified that I had enough quarters in to qualify for hospitalization coverage at no cost. She said that I still needed to apply. On top of all that, the office was 5 min from closing and she saidyou know what? It only takes a mimutelet me take care of it for you. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you for a job well done!!!!!!

Tried calling on November 2. Tried on 4 different occasions during the day. Phone would ring 25 to 30 times and than stop.nWHY?nWhy not have a service telling people thank you for your call etc. etc.

Great. Absolutely no Improvement. More people that hate their jobs. And pick up the phone. I saw more people on their phones while working, and didn't bother to pick up a single phone.
