If I could give this place a 1/4 of a star, I would. Reps are rude and lazy with negative energy all around starting with the Security Guard as soon as you walk in. I'm not sure if he has been there so long that the energy of the others have rubbed off on him or they hired him because his energy flows with the others. Either way it is the worst place to try and do business with good vibes.

After waiting on phone for 40 min's w/main SS office, am told to call the local one. I call...go through phone tree & wait. Then I hear someone pickup the line & hang it up...which goes back to phone system telling me to call another time & it hangs up!

Made an appointment. Mentioned it was on vet day and was assured it would be fine. Came to appointment only to stare at building with no way to contact anyone. Waste of time and currently expensive gas

Received a call from a rep who was calling from a loud background with a pet and thought it was a scam. She stated she was calling from Salisbury I hung up. Thought it was a scam. Now 7 months later I get a letter saying because I refused to speak with agent my case is closed. Yet the first message says that there were scams during pandemic. This is horrible because today my rent is due. I have to pay my rent and have no funds how did they do this without even letting me know in a letter. Even the site says I should have received a letter. Calling is even worse say on hold for 21:49 min and then female answers and then phone disconnects.
