I was trying to get a fax sent to our social security office in De and for 2 days it said no answer. When I called they said the fax machine was busy. I tried all day at various times even right as they opened. I then called the Elkton Office and wow so nice answered on the first try and said I could fax my paper work to them.nMs. Sackett was very pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate the help she gave me.

You are lucky if you get someone helpful like Ms. C. but if you get someone like Mr. H, you are out of luck! Not helpful or accommodating at all! Sad when you need assistance, and the best you can get is an appointment 21 days later!

This stupid website needs to update their information. Came up here on a Wednesday from Aberdeen cause this website said the office closes at 3:30. Only to get here and find the doors locked with a new sticker over the hours saying they close at 12. I am military and have lived all over but the Maryland government is a joke. Get your act together.

Why are people rating this, or any other office, so poorly based on Google information about the office? They should be rating Google then, not the Social Security Administration... Idiots...

Tried coming here several times based on the website hours and it is always closed.
