Not friendly at all.nVery rude and threatened me with perjury because I mistakenly made a statement last year even though memory and cognitive comprehension is part of my disability from a disease I still have since I was a early teen and the statement in no way benefitted my income.nVery sorry people who work here.

I have had good experience with them thus far, checked for weapons each time, they did have a homeless/tweeker guy there just using the plugs for charging his phone, it was sad he smelled so bad, he actually removed his shoes for a while which caused me to relocate in the waiting room. I was there to apply for temporary disability. After an interview I was placed on a PC to do this.I had ask him if I had done everything it looked like I needed to print something off and sign. He assured me I needed to do nothing. I followed up with a phone call just to confirm I had applied for help. I got a letter a week later saying I had not applied?? Along with some other people's letter of denial accidentally attached to my letter. I stopped in today to give them this other ladies letter and find out why they sent me a letter saying I, CHOOSE NOT to apply? The computers were down the website was to so I couldn't use my online account to check the status.nThe office is clean, I've not used the restroom yet. I'll update after I go back tomorrow.
