I spoke with a gentleman, over the phone, regarding my disability benefits and he was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I didn't have to wait long to speak with a representative, which was a plus for me as well. This would have been a five star review, but a few months ago I went to their office, during business hours, and they kept the door locked.

I called ahead so I knew that I just needed to knock on the door to get my paperwork done. The security guard is SO nice and EXTREMELY helpful. I hope he got a pay raise for having to do all this.

I've been in the Social Security office in Leesville La. On multiple occasions in the past without any issue, every single time. The Leesville, La office has never been crowded during any of my visits. Now during COVID-19, I started utilizing their services via telephone. The phone servu00edce has Always been Great. I'll continue with the phone service unless its requested at office. Every Single call I made got resu00f3lved . Staff are very knowledgeable, so they are able to quickly offer the help you need. The hold time on phone u00eds usually less than 2 minutes. These people are here for us, they do everything they can to help you.i

Incredibly rude security guard. I was sitting 2 feet from him and my cellphone made a noise. He yelled to the room that all cellphones must be silent. Hey tough fat rent a cop if you would have exerted the energy to make a sign I would have silenced the phone. Avoid if all possible is my advice.
